1. About this site

2Drive.co.za (a division of 2Gether Corporation) offers free K53 driving test study material, a directory of driving instructors and schools, and an Auto Hub directory of vehicle-related businesses, organised by province. By using this website (the "Site") you agree to these terms.

2. Study aid only, not official advice

The study material on this Site is a free aid to help you prepare. It is not an official publication of any licensing authority, and using it does not guarantee that you will pass any learner's licence or driving test. Rules, road signs and test procedures can change. Always confirm the current requirements with the official K53 learner's manual and your local driving licence testing centre.

3. Directory listings

Driving instructor, driving school and Auto Hub listings are provided by, or compiled from information about, the businesses concerned. We do not guarantee any business, its services, prices or qualifications, and a listing is not an endorsement. Please confirm details and credentials with the business before you rely on them.

4. Copyright and ownership

The design, text, question banks, illustrations, images, software, and the selection and arrangement of content on the Site are owned by 2Gether Corporation or its licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 and related laws, unless stated otherwise. Some road signs, regulations and manufacturer materials come from public or third-party sources and remain the property of their owners.

5. What you may do

• Browse the Site and use the material for your own personal study or business enquiries.
• Print or download individual pages or PDF guides for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• Link to pages on the Site.

6. What you may not do without our written consent

• Scrape, crawl, harvest, mirror or otherwise systematically copy the Site or any part of it, whether manually or by any automated means (including bots, scripts and AI or machine-learning data collection).
• Copy, republish, resell or redistribute the Site's content, question banks, PDFs, listings or images, or use them in another website, app, course or database.
• Hot-link to our images or files, or interfere with download counters, analytics or advertising.
• Use contact details from listings for unsolicited bulk messages or marketing.
• Interfere with the Site's operation, bypass any access control, or probe it for weaknesses.

Automated collection of the Site is prohibited under these terms and, where applicable, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002. Access may be blocked without notice. To ask for permission, email info@2drive.co.za.

7. Third-party links, adverts and cookies

The Site may contain adverts and links to other websites that we do not control, and we are not responsible for their content. We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used and may show Google AdSense adverts; these services use cookies. See Google's own policies for how they handle data.

8. Limitation of liability

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, 2Gether Corporation is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or any linked website, including a failed test, a business transaction or a downloaded file.

9. Corrections, removal and privacy

If you own a listed business, or you believe information about you has been published in error, or you want something corrected or removed, email info@2drive.co.za. We will act on requests promptly in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms at any time by publishing a new version on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
