Steady Red Traffic Lights
A steady red traffic light means you must come to a complete stop and wait until the light turns green before proceeding.
You may not drive through a red light unless instructed to do so by a traffic officer.
If a flashing green arrow appears together with a steady red light, you may proceed only in the direction indicated by the arrow.
